Mr. Maxime Ravinet is founding partner of De Klaram. He is qualified as a French tax solicitor and has worked for several years in big tax law firms (Ernst & Young société d’avocats, etc.).

De Klaram is a consulting firm mandated for tax audit and tax engineering which offers specific services aimed at identifying tax opportunities and new possibilities for tax optimization and risks.

De Klaram was set up by tax specialists and works as a team with French accountants and French tax solicitor. His aim is to facilitate access to tax knowledge for residents and non-residents of France and solve their international tax issues.

De Klaram is not a law office or an accounting firm. Its mission is strictly performed in compliance with the legal provisions of the law, 31th December, 1971 (“ loi du 31 décembre 1971“) which permits only lawyers “avocats“ the ability to commit legal acts principally.

De Klaram commits to entrust to specific law office, with the agreement of the client, all phases of the process which fall only within their competence to carry out the necessary formalities.
